How to Access Authorization Data
This guide explains how federal agencies and FedRAMP reviewers can obtain access to IVM SmartHub's authorization data, including the System Security Plan, policies, POA&M, and KSI validation matrix.
Step 1: Request Access
Submit an access request using the form below. You will need to provide:
- Your full name
- Government email address (.gov or .mil)
- Agency name
- Brief justification for access
Step 2: Receive Approval
IVM reviews access requests within 2 business days. Upon approval, you will receive an email with a temporary password.
If your request is denied, IVM will notify FedRAMP within 5 business days per ADS-UTC-AAD.
Step 3: Log In
Use your email and password to log in. You will be asked to verify your identity with a one-time code sent to your email.
Step 4: Access Documents
Once authenticated, you can browse and download all authorization data in multiple formats (Markdown, HTML, JSON).
Access Duration
Access is valid for 30 days from approval. After 30 days, you will need to request access again. This ensures the access inventory remains current and auditable.
